In the Autumn of 2025, the Nexus MAT Board of Directors published the Trust鈥檚 third Strategic Plan, which outlines the next 2 years鈥� business objectives and growth ambitions for the Trust, following our successful first 10 years of incorporation. This is an interim plan, given the Trust is exploring merger with another MAT at this time.

This plan is our 鈥渘orth star鈥� for the way in which the Trust will grow and develop, based on the ambitions of the founding schools of the Trust when they set up Nexus MAT.

Annually, Directors use the 5 year strategic plan to develop an annual strategic business plan. The most recent annual strategic business plan can be viewed or downloaded here.
